Facebook Cover Design Terms and Conditions

1. Custom Design: We offer a custom-designed Facebook cover that aligns with your vision and branding. You must provide any specific images, logos, or text you want included.

2. Design Process: After placing your order, you will receive a questionnaire to gather your design preferences. Please check your spam folder to ensure you receive the email. This will help us understand your vision for the Facebook cover.

3. Delivery and Format: Once the completed questionnaire is submitted, we will deliver the first draft of the Facebook cover design within 5-7 business days. The final design will be provided in high-resolution PNG format, optimized for Facebook.

4. Revisions: You are allowed up to 2 revisions to refine the design. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $25 per revision, with an additional 1-2 business days added for delivery.

5. Final Approval: Once the Facebook cover design is approved and delivered, no further edits will be made. All purchases are non-refundable, and by proceeding with your order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

6. Non-Refundable: All purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Additional Requests: Any special design requests or changes to the initial scope of work must be communicated in advance and may result in additional charges.

8.The Facebook cover will be provided in PNG format only and in pixel size optimized for online use. It is not intended for printing.
