Website Product/Hosting Terms  (Updated 04/03/2024)

Please read before paying. By purchasing our products you are also agreeing to all terms below.  

Website terms and conditions.

We only allow 6-7 pages (Any additional page is subject to an 
extra charge)

1. We offer WordPress-based websites.
2. Clients can choose any pre-made website templates we have on our website to help in the design and arrangement of their site.

*Note that you can change the colors, photos, and information on 
any website template you choose*

*Please do your best to decide your branding design choices before 
template approval, color choices matter!

*If you wish to change the website template after approval that 
will be an extra $199*

3. Your Involvement in the creation process is expected to get the 
best result that you wanted. We won’t understand your complete vision without input. This will prevent rework and save us both our time.

4. The payment is non-refundable and is the client is not entitled to any 
additional discount.

5. We require an upfront payment to start working on any projects

6. Once a project is completed and paid for…The website and all 
materials are the property or licensed to the Client for the duration they keep their site.

* However we only provide log-in information for the website once 
it’s done as we do not want to take responsibility for the changes the clients make themselves

7. Client is responsible for renewing domains and hosting after 
the first year of promotion. (Our package has a free year of hosting)

Premium Domains are NOT included in the free domain option that is included in your package. 

After the first year it’s $99/Yearly hosting
$20/domain yearly

8. Larger complex sites & sites that have private user logins 
are subject to an additional charge.

9. Please do your best to fill out your questionnaire in a timely 
manner.

10. There will be a weekly $50 late fee charge if you fail to 
complete your questionnaire after 4 weeks (No exceptions, our time is reserved already)

11. We offer limited site assistance through MainWP our WordPress 
Management System (ie. plugin updates, security, and uptime monitoring) We do servers side site security but the client is also responsible to protect from malware and other security threats. There are many anti-malware and anti-spam services available through the client portal if needed. (Always keep your login information & passwords private)

12. If you wish to change pictures or information in the future it 
will be $25/revision this is only if you need US to make the changes ourselves (minor revisions only this doesn’t include the design or rearranging template layout)

13. If a client wants website maintenance it will be $49/month no 
contract is needed but need at least 2 weeks’ notice for termination

14. Please note your honesty will help us understand your full 
vision. If you find something you would like to change please feel free to message me

15. Classroom Panda is not responsible for server downtime, 
however, we strive to work with our hosting partners to maintain a 99% uptime rate. Reasons for server downtime might include server updates of both softwareand hardware & acts of God beyond our control. If in the unlikely event, your website experiences downtime not related to the server, Classroom Panda is able to offer. Limited technical support. Although this is not included in yourinitial purchase, we can offer courtesy support if a site is unresponsive due to a plugin or module. WordPress is considered one of the most used Website Development platforms. Last records show that over 19 million people use Wordress to power their websites. (Approximately 39% of the entire webs active sites) It is considered one of the fastest growing cms (meaning content management systems) WordPress also powers 14.7 of the top 100 websites in theworld. That being said. Classroom Panda is expressively not responsible for any loss of wages or income due to unforeseen downtime of your websites due to human error of any kind or 3rd party service or plugin. If you believe that you will require ongoing maintenance assistance from Classroom Panda for both updating content and assisting with site upkeep Classroom panda offers a standard $49-month package That you may purchase at any time through our website. If atany time you do not agree with these terms and conditions please let this serve as notice that Classroom Panda does not host anyone on our hosted servers not willing to abide by these terms. In this event, you would be advised to transfer your site to a number of other reputable hosts such as Hostgator and BlueHost. Classroom Panda LLC takes client privacy seriously. We do not sell any personal information to 3rd party services. All data used is strictly used to Assist in marketing efforts, customer quality assurance and to help improve technical capabilities (for example usage statistics of servers and portals)


We are also not responsible for Website downtime due to missed or late payment. Even if you  pay the fee at a later date you much still contact support to ensure that  the site is unsuspended and live again.  This also goes for expired or parked domains 

16. While we always strive to follow all project timetables provided to our clients, delays sometimes happen. By agreeing to these terms you understand that Classroom Panda LLC is not liable for loss or any damages as a result of production delays caused by our staff, 3rd party vendor, equipment, software, or yourself the client.  Some examples of delays include but are not limited to the following: Plugin-in or product failure, natural disasters, internet or electric service interruption for an extended period, and illness.

 Any item purchased through Classroom Panda LLC must be started within one year of purchase or it will be forfeited unless with a special exception. 



Logo/Branding Terms:
Our custom logo comes with PNG, JPEG and Vector files.

Customers must pay in full before starting projects. Customers
must allow up to 5 to 10 business days. (Sundays and Saturdays not included)  This time span can vary based on the number of
revisions required*generally 1 day per revision*.  for the project to be completed unless there
are revisions then and this might take longer (depending on the number of
revisions.) I will provide 3 different designs to choose from based on your
design ideas. I will allow only up to three revisions only. so please take your
time in deciding what elements you would like, if you used your 3 revisions and
wish to revise there will be a $25 per revision. We only allow a few elements
for logo as many elements will cause clutter. When the project is complete what
you will receive is a PNG, JPG & or PDF. SVG files will be made available
upon request. Please note: The logo is artwork and non-trademarkable. (unless otherwise stated)

Website
Client Portal  Terms:

The Client Portal and Cpanel access is for business use only. Please do not attempt
to spam the system in any way. This will result in a permanent IP Ban from our system and services. 

Terms and Conditions: Digital Brochure Design Services 

1. Service Description: Our digital brochure design service offers custom designs for digital brochures based on the content provided by customers.

2. Pricing: The price for our digital brochure design service starts at $150 USD, payable at the time of purchase. Prices may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project.

3. Content Requirement: Customers must provide the necessary content, such as text, images, and branding guidelines, to be included in the design. 

4. Design Process: The design process typically takes 2-3 weeks, depending on the project’s complexity and the number of deliverables.

5. Delivery: Completed designs will be provided to the customer in digital format only, suitable for online distribution or viewing

6. Ownership: Customers will have full ownership rights to the final digital brochure designs for personal or commercial use.

 7. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate content, feedback, and promptly responding to design drafts and revision requests. 

8. Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality digital brochure designs; however, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

9. Customer Support: For any inquiries or assistance regarding our digital brochure design service, customers can contact us through branding@classroompanda.com.

10. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms periodically. By purchasing our digital brochure design service, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. 

After design completion, customers will receive the final files in digital format for their brochure designs.

Terms and Conditions: Retractable Banner Design Services 

 1. Service Description: Our retractable banner design service offers custom designs for retractable banners based on the content provided by customers.

2. Pricing: The price for our retractable banner design service starts at $150 USD, payable at the time of purchase. Prices may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project.

3.Content Requirement: Customers must provide the necessary content, such as text, images, and branding guidelines, to be included in the design and dimensions

4. Design Process: The design process typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on the project’s complexity and the number of deliverables.

5. Delivery: Completed designs will be provided to the customer in digital format only, suitable for online use or printing.

6. Ownership: Customers will have full ownership rights to the final retractable banner designs for personal or commercial use. 

7. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate content, feedback, and promptly responding to design drafts and revision requests. 

8. Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality retractable banner designs; however, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

 9. Customer Support: For any inquiries or assistance regarding our retractable banner design service, customers can contact us through branding@classroompanda.com. 

10. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms periodically. By purchasing our retractable banner design service, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

After design completion, customers will receive the final files in digital format for their retractable banner designs.

Terms and Conditions: Digital Folder Design Services 

1. Service Description: Our digital folder design service offers custom designs for folders based on the information provided in a questionnaire, sent to customers upon purchase. 

2. Pricing: The price for our digital folder design service is $75 USD, payable at the time of purchase. This fee is non-refundable.

3. Design Process: Upon purchase, customers will receive a questionnaire to provide necessary information for the design. The design process typically takes 5-7 business days.

4. Revisions: We offer up to 3 revisions of the initial design based on customer feedback. Additional revisions beyond this limit will incur a fee of $15 USD per revision. Please note that any revision may take an extra business day or two.

5. Delivery: Completed digital folder designs will be delivered to the customer via email or through our online platform.

6. Ownership: Customers will have full ownership rights to the final digital folder design for personal or commercial use. 

7. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and promptly responding to design drafts and revision requests.

8. Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality digital folder designs; however, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

9. Customer Support: For any inquiries or assistance regarding our digital folder design service, customers can contact us through branding@classroompanda.com

10. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the terms periodically. By purchasing our digital folder design service, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

After design approval and delivery, any requests for edits will incur a fee. We do not provide printed versions for this pricing; the service is digital-only. 

Terms and Conditions: T-Shirt Graphic Design Services

1. Service Description: Our t-shirt graphic design service offers custom designs for t-shirts based on the content provided by customers.

2. Pricing: The price for our t-shirt graphic design service starts at $150 USD, payable at the time of purchase. Prices may vary depending on the complexity and scope of the project. 

3.) Content Requirement: Customers must provide the necessary content, such as design ideas, themes, and any specific imagery or text they want to be included.

4. Design Process: The design process typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on the project’s complexity and the number of deliverables

5. Delivery: Completed designs will be provided to the customer in digital format only, suitable for online use or printing by a third-party service. 

6. Ownership: Customers will have full ownership rights to the final t-shirt graphic designs for personal or commercial use

7. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate content, feedback, and promptly responding to design drafts and revision requests. 

8. Quality Assurance: We strive to deliver high-quality t-shirt graphic designs; however, we do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

Errors and Omissions

While we strive to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and completeness of the information provided on our website and services, there may be instances where errors or omissions occur.
