3. Design Process: Once you submit the completed questionnaire, we will take 5-7 business days to deliver the first draft. Additional requests for revisions will require 1-2 business days depending on the scope.

4. Revisions and Additional Charges:
   – You are allowed up to 3 revisions. Any further revisions beyond this will incur a charge of $50 per revision.
   – If you decide to change your vision after work has commenced, it will result in additional charges and time delays.
   – Please be clear about your vision in the initial submission to avoid unnecessary rework.

5. Final Approval: Once you approve the final design and receive the digital files, no further edits will be made. We are not responsible for any changes or modifications after the files are delivered.

Marketing Explainer Video for Enrollment or Hiring

1. Custom Script Creation: Once your purchase is made, we will gather the necessary information to create a tailored script for your video. You can provide highlights of your programs if it’s for enrollment, or details of the positions, starting pay (if applicable), and perks if it’s for hiring.

2. Scriptwriting Process: Writing the script will take up to 3 business days. Once the script is approved, no further edits are allowed as we will proceed with the voice-over recording. You will be able to listen to the voice-over before video editing begins. Once approved, no changes can be made to the voice-over.

3. Revisions: We allow up to 2 minor changes to the video. After these revisions are made, no further edits are allowed.

4. Voice-Over Options: You can provide your own voice-over if you prefer, but the pricing remains the same.

5. Video Type and Footage: You can choose between animation, stock video clips, or provide your own high-resolution footage. If you decide to go with animation, note that we have a limited selection of characters, and they cannot be fully customized. However, some characters’ hair or skin may be adjusted. You must also choose if the video will be for hiring, enrollment, or business marketing, and whether it will feature animation or stock videos before editing begins. Once approved, no further edits are allowed.

6. Delivery Time: After the script and voice-over are approved, video editing will take up to 5 business days. The final video will be under 1 minute in length.

CANVA Monthly Newsletters, Meal Plans & Lesson Plans Template ( January – December )

1. Requirement: You must have Canva Pro to use the templates.

2. What You’ll Get: Upon purchase, you will receive the following templates:
   – Monthly newsletter
   – Announcement
   – Room supply list
   – Meal plan
   – Lesson plan

3. Instant Download: Once purchased, you will receive an instant download link sent directly to your email. Please check your spam folder to ensure you don’t miss it.

2. Timeline: SEO is a long-term strategy and results can take anywhere from 3 to 6 months, depending on competition, industry, and current rankings. There is no guaranteed timeframe for specific ranking improvements.

3. Client Responsibility: You agree to provide us with access to relevant tools, accounts, and content as needed for optimization. Timely communication is essential to ensure the success of the campaign.

4. Changes to Website: Any changes made to the website after SEO work has been completed may affect the results. We are not responsible for any negative impact due to modifications made by other parties.

5. Performance and Guarantees: While we strive to improve your website’s rankings and traffic, we do not guarantee specific positions on search engines or specific results, as search engine algorithms change frequently.

6. Reporting: You will receive regular reports detailing the progress and performance of the SEO campaign. These will include metrics such as traffic, keyword rankings, and other relevant SEO indicators.

7. Payment: A $250 upfront payment is required before any work begins. SEO services are non-refundable due to the time and effort required to implement the strategy.

8. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all shared information and data throughout the duration of the project.

Social Media 

Social Media Management Terms for Daycare Businesses

1. Services Provided: I will manage your daycare’s social media accounts, including:
   – Posting content and creating graphics for enrollment, hiring announcements, fun facts, and birthdays
   – Special requests or marketing focuses should be communicated in advance to ensure timely content creation and scheduling
   – Birthday posts require a list and pictures to be provided 3 weeks in advance

2. Posting Schedule: I will post 2-3 times per week on Facebook and Instagram (if applicable). Google management will only be done when running ads.

3. Ad Management: I will create and manage ads on Facebook and Google. You are responsible for covering the ad spend. I will provide reports on ad performance periodically.

4. Access Requirements: To begin managing your social media, you must grant full access by inviting me as an admin or manager to your social media platforms.

5. Client Responsibilities: You are responsible for providing relevant information, such as promotions, updates, and any images or content you wish to be featured. If no specific information is provided, I will create generic marketing content as I see fit to ensure consistency in your online presence.

6. Communication: Any changes in social media strategy, special promotions, or urgent updates should be communicated at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure timely execution.

7. Payment: Social media management services are billed every 30 days, starting from the first day of service. Ad spend is separate and must be funded directly by the client.

8. Non-Refundable: All services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes monthly management fees and any ad setup fees.

9. Platform Limitations: I will only work on Facebook, Instagram (optional), and Google (ads only). I do not provide management for other social media platforms outside of these.

10. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered, and outstanding balances must be paid.

Vehicle Wrap Design

1. Custom Design: We offer professional vehicle wrap designs that can be tailored for full or partial wraps. The price remains the same for either option. We only provide the design, and printing is your responsibility.

General Terms

  1. Platform: We build all websites on WordPress.

  2. Templates: Clients can select from pre-made templates available on our website.

    • You can customize colors, photos, and text on the selected template.

    • Please finalize your branding and color choices before approving the template.

    • Changing the approved template later will incur a $199 fee.

  3. Client Involvement: Your active participation is crucial to ensure we accurately bring your vision to life. Lack of input can lead to misunderstandings and rework. One decision maker should be appointed for all final choices. If failing to do so results in changes being made or rework additional fees may apply. 

  4. Payments:

    • All payments are non-refundable and not eligible for discounts.

    • Full payment is required before we begin working on any project.

  5. Ownership: Once the website is completed and paid for in full, all content and materials belong to the client.

    • Login credentials will only be provided once the website is completed to avoid complications during development.

  6. Domain & Hosting:

    • The first year of hosting is free.

    • After the first year:

      • $99/year for hosting

      • $20/year for domain renewal

    • It is the client’s responsibility to renew hosting and domain services annually.

  7. Advanced Sites: Larger, more complex websites or those requiring private user logins may be subject to additional charges.

  8. Client Questionnaire:

    • Please complete the questionnaire promptly to avoid project delays.

    • A $50/week late fee will apply if the questionnaire is not submitted within 4 weeks of purchase. (No exceptions.)


Website Support & Maintenance

  1. Ongoing Support: We offer limited support via our WordPress Management System (MainWP), which includes:

    • Plugin updates

    • Security monitoring

    • Uptime tracking

    Note: While we manage server-side security, clients are also responsible for protecting their sites from malware and other threats. Optional anti-spam/malware services are available through your portal.

  2. Revisions After Completion:

    • Minor revisions (photo or text changes) can be done for $25 per revision (if performed by our team).

    • This does not include layout or design changes.

  3. Website Maintenance Plan:

    • $49/month, no contract required.

    • Please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice for cancellation.

  4. Server Downtime Disclaimer:

    • Classroom Panda is not responsible for hosting/server downtime.

    • We work to maintain 99% uptime with our hosting partners.

    • Downtime may occur due to server updates, hardware/software issues, or force majeure.

    • In rare cases of downtime unrelated to the server, we may offer courtesy technical support (e.g., plugin issues).

  5. WordPress Use Disclaimer:
    WordPress powers over 39% of all websites worldwide. While powerful, it involves third-party plugins that may occasionally affect performance. Classroom Panda is not responsible for income loss due to plugin-related or human error downtime.

    If ongoing updates and content assistance are needed, consider subscribing to our $49/month maintenance plan.

  6. Hosting Requirement:

    • Clients must agree to these terms to remain hosted on our servers.

    • If you disagree, we recommend transferring your website to a reputable hosting provider like Bluehost or HostGator.

  7. Privacy:
    We take privacy seriously.

    • No personal data is sold to third parties.

    • Data collected is used solely for marketing, support, and improving technical performance (e.g., usage stats).


Client Portal Terms

  • The Client Portal is intended for business use only.

  • Any attempts to spam or breach the system will result in a permanent IP ban.
