2. Design Process: After placing your order, you will receive a questionnaire to clarify your design preferences. Be sure to check your spam folder for this email. We’ll need your input to create the perfect tee design.

3. Delivery and Format: Once the questionnaire is completed, we will deliver the design in 5-7 business days. The final design will be provided in a high-resolution PDF or vector file, ready for printing. You will be responsible for printing the design on the tee.

4. Revisions: Your order includes up to 3 revisions. Further revisions, or changing the design concept after work has begun, will incur a charge of $50 per revision.

5. Approval and Final Delivery: Once the design is approved and the files are delivered, no further changes can be made. The purchase is non-refundable, and by proceeding, you agree to these terms.
