All products and services are digital unless otherwise stated.

2. PAYMENTS

Full payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
All sales are non-refundable once work has commenced
Digital products and completed services are non-refundable

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information
Complete required questionnaires
Provide all necessary content, assets, and approvals
Assign one primary decision-maker for project approvals

Delays caused by missing information may result in additional fees or extended timelines.

4. REVISIONS AND SCOPE

Each service includes a limited number of revisions
Additional revisions may incur extra fees
Changes in direction after work begins may result in additional costs and delays

7. WEBSITE PRODUCT & HOSTING TERMS

Websites are built primarily on WordPress
Standard website packages include 6–7 pages unless otherwise specified
Template selection is required before development
Changing templates after approval incurs a $199 fee
Fully custom designs may incur an additional $399 fee
First year hosting may be included; renewal is the client’s responsibility
Hosting renewal may be $120/year unless otherwise stated
Clients must maintain valid contact information
Failure to respond or provide materials may delay or void project timelines

8. PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

We do not guarantee:

Continuous uptime
Error-free performance
Compatibility with all third-party tools

We are not responsible for downtime, plugin issues, hosting failures, or third-party conflicts.

FLAGS (2 SETS)

Terms and Conditions for Flag Design

Product Offering: We offer 2 unique flag designs, with different layouts for each side. This can be customized for business promotions, enrollments, hiring campaigns, or other purposes. We design in any size as required.
Ordering Process: Upon placing your order, you will receive a questionnaire to understand your design preferences. Please check your spam folder to ensure you receive this email. We provide digital files only (PDF or vector formats), and you are responsible for printing the flags yourself.
Design Process: Once you submit the completed questionnaire, we will take 5–7 business days to deliver the first draft. Additional requests for revisions will require 1–2 business days depending on the scope.
Revisions and Additional Charges:
– You are allowed up to 3 revisions. Any further revisions beyond this will incur a charge of $50 per revision.
– If you decide to change your vision after work has commenced, it will result in additional charges and time delays.
Final Approval: Once you approve the final design and receive the digital files, no further edits will be made.
Non-Refundable: All purchases are non-refundable.
